Clerical Assistant

Fountains High School

Location: Fountains High School, Bitham Lane, Stretton, Burton-on-Trent, DE13 0HB
Grade/Scale: £15,617 per annum
Contract: 37 hours per week/term time only
Start date: 12th October 2020

Fountains High School is seeking to appoint a Clerical Assistant. Reporting directly to the HR Manager, the ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, keen to learn and able to support existing staff in our busy office.

Teaching Assistant - 3 posts

Fountains High School

Location: Fountains High School
Grade/Scale: Grade 3 point 3 (£18,065 per annum)
Contract: 32.5 hours per week (Fixed term contract until July 2021)

Fountains High School is seeking to appoint enthusiastic individuals to work with a range of pupils with special educational needs including ASD, SLD, complex and social, emotional and mental health needs.

Reporting directly to the Teaching Assistant Manager, the ideal candidate will be flexible, motivated and a caring individual who has a passion for children with SEN and must hold or be working towards a level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.

Senior Finance Assistant

Esteem Central Team

Location – Based at Trust Central Offices, Sherwood Business Park, Annesley, Nottingham
37 hours per week
Actual Salary - £20,190 to £22,019 Per Annum (Grade 7 Point 8-11)

The Senior Finance Assistant is a newly created role, which presents a fantastic opportunity for a candidate that shares our values and beliefs to join our team at a very exciting time.

This key role will be responsible for providing effective support to the MAT Finance team and will be responsible for day to day operations within the Finance team. The ability to work flexibly, with initiative and a measure of independence will be required. Other duties are outlined in the job description.

The successful candidate will report to the Finance Officer and will assist with invoice and bank processing, supporting the month-end and year-end processes and monthly VAT returns. The role will also include opportunities to provide support and training to school business management on Finance administrative tasks.

Trust ICT Technician

Esteem Central Team

Based at Trust Central Offices, Sherwood Business Park, Annesley, Nottingham
Hours: 37 hours per week
Actual Salary - £22,628 - £24,455 Per Annum (Grade 8 Point 12-15)

The Trust ICT Technician is a newly created role, which presents a fantastic opportunity for somebody that shares our values and beliefs to join our team at a very exciting time.

This key role will: be responsible for the Trust ICT Help Desk function, carry out basic maintenance and repairs, install & configure new ICT hardware & software across the Trust, security marking, maintain an accurate inventory as well as basic server, network and communication installation and management. Other duties are outlined in the job description.

The successful candidate will report to the Trust ICT Manager and will assist with procurement, distribution and installation of ICT consumables. They will also work with teaching and administrative staff across the Trust to provide support, training and development of ICT needs and requirements.
